J. Edward Richards is from Pensacola, FL. He received his J.D. from Mercer University, as well as a certificate from the school's prestigious Advanced Legal Writing Program, where he also served as Editor for the Mercer University Law Review's Annual Eleventh Circuit Survey.
He returned to Florida as a prosecutor in Bradenton before moving to auto insurance litigation. Edward's focus in the high-volume field of personal injury protection allowed him to gain experience in civil litigation.
Here at Holland Law, Edward brings his experience to the representation of our clients in civil debt defense matters throughout the state.
Edward also graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of West Florida with a B.A. in Criminal Justice.
He is a member of the Florida Bar and the National Association of Consumer Advocates. Edward is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and a member of the Manatee County Bar Association.
