Although David J. Miller has lived in California, Massachusetts and Tennessee, he has been a resident of Pinellas County, Florida for much of his life.

He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Florida in 2001 and a Master's Degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida in 2004 prior to pursuing his legal career.

After graduating from Stetson University College of Law in 2009, he began representing creditors in foreclosure and collection actions throughout Florida.

Here at David Holland Law, Mr. Miller practices in the areas of Debt Defense and Foreclosure Defense.

He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Tennessee Bar, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern District of Florida as well as the Western, Middle and Eastern District of Tennessee.

When he isn't advocating on behalf of his clients, Mr. Miller enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children as well as watching Gator football games.
